small-business IT services provider, owned and operated by Patrick Kennedy. The business was
started in February 2004 and prides itself on personal attention to the IT
concerns of small businesses, by taking personal interest and virtual
ownership of implemented IT systems. I advise on, plan and
develop, supply, implement, maintain IT solutions in response to customer
needs. I am mostly concerned
with Microsoft platform technologies, not excluding a wide range of 3rd party
software applications, being a registered reseller of more than 150 brand
name products, sourced from more than 30 hardware and software distributors. My core business value
is INTEGRITY, which I define as un-policed honesty, backed by a culture of
taking ownership-responsibility of customer needs and requirements. My work methology sees
any system as something that needs to be evaluated or implemented from the
ground in order to ensure the consideration of all dependencies and influencing
factors. This same methology is applied to everything from the smallest
problem-solving challenge, to the implementation and overseeing of large
scale projects. This web site does not
serve as a marketing tool. Concept IT has never engaged in any marketing
strategy since its inception. The current customer base has developed by word
of mouth alone, which I see as the best possible starting point for a
trust-relationship between myself and my clients, although confidence in that
relationship is something that can only develop with time. If you would like to
